All Together, realized its Pilot Project Worshop in Essen!

At the workshop held in Essen on January 18-21, 6 working groups at different stages of product development and pilot period, shared their materials with other participants; all participants experienced the products ALL TOGETHER. They collected written and verbal feedback through interactive methods and the groups have discussed in their sessions which feedbacks they will integrate into their work. They had the opportunity to expand the project network and increase the sharing opportunities for these products to be shared in June 2019 by offering each other implementing recommendations and venues for the upcoming piloting period.

On the first day of the workshop, before proceeding to the presentations, a session was held which all working groups gathered among themselves, seeking answers to questions such as what kind of presentation they would make and which element of their materials they would like to receive feedback.

On the first day of the workshop, those who made their presentations were the Maxi Game, MeloBe and Space for Inclusion groups.

After the verbal presentation, the Maxi Game group divided 16 volunteers from the participants into two groups and ensured that the material was administered by eight participants at the same time. After the implementation, experiences were shared with the group in a collective feedback session.

The Space for Inclusion group requested all participants to read any section from their booklet within 15 minutes. After their presentation, they asked for feedbacks which are focused on "Language", "Expectation / Purpose" and "Target Group". In the session after the reading, the group had the opportunity to collect feedback from the participants.

The MeloBe group presented its material first by verbal presentation and then by projection. After the presentations, the group applied the part of the material containing body percussion with melody named "Drops", one of the six melodies that they produced, in line with the instructions in the instructional video. This practice, experienced with all participants, lasted about 20 minutes. After the implementation, the group had the opportunity to collect feedback in the circle of all participants.

On the second day of the workshop, the groups that made their presentations were the Multilingual Memory Game, Dancing Matters and ArTogether groups.

The Multilingual Memory Game group, after verbally presenting its material, divided the participants into two different rooms and ensured that all versions of the game (different practice styles) were played. After the game was experienced by all the participants, the experiences were shared with the group in a collective feedback session.

The ArTogether group, after verbally presenting the activity cards and other items to be included into their bag, applied the activity they named as the music / sound activity with 10 volunteers from the group. ArTogether requested feedback from participants focused on what is missing and what can be added to the bag. In the session after the implementation, the group had the opportunity to collect feedback from the participants.

The Dancing Matters group presented its material first in verbal presentation and then through projection. After the presentation, the group put into practice "Bagiye", the first target dance, in line with the instructions in the instructional video material. This practice, experienced with all participants, lasted about 15 minutes. After the implementation, the group had the opportunity to collect feedback in the circle of all participants.

After all groups made their presentations, the session started in which the groups would propose practices and places for the piloting period. In this session, 1 or 2 people stayed at the same table for representing their groups, that allowed the other group members to go around the tables and present suggestions and a piloting places to other groups. At the end of the session, which lasted about an hour, the participants had the opportunity to expand the project network and increase the sharing opportunities for their final output.

In the morning session of the third and last day of the workshop, a visual presentation about the website that the project is aimed to open in the coming months and legal information on the protection of personal data was given by the project team. In the afternoon, during the cultural event organized for the participants, the Zeche Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex in Essen, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was visited.
