Bridging Histories: Youth Dialogue through Cross-Border Heritage

Anadolu Kültür (AK), in partnership with the Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF), has officially launched the "Bridging Histories: Youth Dialogue through Cross-Border Heritage" project within the framework of the "Support to Armenia–Türkiye Normalization: Enhancing Cross-border Linkages" programme, funded by the European Union.
The project brings together young people from Türkiye and Armenia to explore their shared cultural heritage while strengthening intercultural dialogue and cross-border collaboration. Focusing on the neighbouring cities of Kars and Gyumri, the project offers participants an opportunity to engage in collaborative research, fieldwork, and intercultural learning.
Selected participants will take part in expert-led training programmes, field visits in Kars and Gyumri, collaborative research carried out in mixed teams, and practical workshops focusing on cultural heritage documentation and digital technologies. Together, participants will develop high-quality digital heritage content that can serve as a foundation for future digital heritage initiatives.
Throughout the project, participants will strengthen their research, teamwork, intercultural communication, creative storytelling, and digital content development skills while building meaningful cross-border connections.
Participant applications will open in August 2026.
