From the Ante-Chamber to the Living Room
A Brief Assesment on NGO's Doing Work for Syrian Refugees
Approximately 1.8 million Syrian refugees, who are living outside camps, are stuggling for survival in various cities of Turkey. There are many NGOs who are trying to support Syrian refugees and working for the betterment of their living conditions in Turkey. This report is a preliminary attempt to document the NGO's efforts and their work that they have been conducting with the aim of supporting the Syrian refugees in the country. As a joint project of Anadolu Kültür and Open Society Foundation, the report itself is based on the research by Zümray Kutlu between January-April 2015.
