Starting with the openning of the Kars Arts Center in 2005, Anadolu Kultur gives special interest in crossborder collaboration with the Caucasus countries. Anadolu Kultur`s work in Kars aims to serve not only the city of Kars, but also the whole Caucasus region. In fact, no program developed for Kars could be complete without due consideration for Kars` role as hub and gateway for cultural interaction and dialogue between Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey.

Joint cultural projects which started with the openning concert of KAC with the participation of musicians from all four countries of the Caucasus continues with exhibitions and workshops especially during the Kars Caucasus Cultures Festival organized every year.

The photography exhibitions, concerts, workshops organized let the locals of Kars and participating artists from the Caucasus interact with each other apart from years of political discord and prejudices.
