Films from Northern Ireland go to Anatolia
With the collaboration of British Council and Anadolu Kultur, a two-day event called “Separate Voices- Films from Northern Ireland” will be organized on March 12th-13th in Batman and on March 13th-14th in Diyarbakir.
Within the activity, the films “Five Minutes of Heaven”, “Bloody Sunday” and “The Wind That Shakes the Barley” will be screened at Diyarbakir Arts Center and Batman Yilmaz Guney Theater. Moreover, the film “Hunger” will be screened in Batman.
Additionally, a discussion with Don Mullan (co-producer of “Bloody Sunday” and associate producer of “Five Minutes of Heaven”), John Mill (Professor from University of London) and Kemal Yildizhan (from Diyarbakir Arts Center- European Cinema) will be held in both cities.
